Project context
TelosX was an exchange development project in the Telos ecosystem. The work included the exchange itself and the public-facing presentation used to introduce it to prospective users. The landing-page preview retained below provides context for the project’s product presentation.
Our contribution
Rorrie Crocker, twelvebit’s director, was involved in the development of the TelosX exchange and led the team. The portfolio records his Head of Engineering role. His involvement extended beyond the landing page to exchange development and team leadership.
Result and project reference
The project brought together Rorrie’s involvement in exchange development and leadership of the team. The retained portfolio capture and public preview show the exchange’s public-facing presentation, including example trading and portfolio interfaces. They illustrate one part of the wider project. What this means for a similar project
An exchange project needs engineering leadership alongside implementation. The team needs a shared understanding of the product, clear responsibilities and a way to coordinate delivery across its different parts.
